Hello and thank you for visiting my shop! All the jewelry in my shop are handmade with love and hard work in my home located in Vallejo, CA. My jewelry is created to celebrate personal style through unique designs. I work directly with you to ensure your pieces are specially made to your liking and your own personal style. All of the items I sell are handmade. Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry please allow for some variation. If you don't see what you like, make a custom request! I would love to design a custom order to accommodate you.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail and will ship your item within 5-7 days. Please remember each and every piece is made to order and requires production time.
You will receive your jewelry in a small box with hand constructed packaging inside which hold your items.
VSXNSTA is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipment, if this occurs please contact the USPS.
RETURNS
VSXNSTA does not accept returns. Should you recieve the wrong size, you may exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Cancellations for a full refund are made within 24 hours of purchase.
EXCHANGES
All sales are FINAL. I only replace items if they are defective. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and if wanting an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
